January 7: We are now in Santa Cruz and I will soon have batteries for Bluetooth keyboard so can bring you up to date with general news. I think we’re past the worst of the functional and directional chaos. Hot water would be nice. But hey, when I’m down, I just eat another avocado! Love to all. M
January 19: We are learning that life in a trailer when only intermittently in a camp site is quite demanding. The biggest impediment to writing to you regularly is lack of electrical power for computers. So until we are in an area where a campsite does not require a drive, you will not hear from me often. Know that we are well, things with the trip are fun and adventurous, and all is good. Your kind and encouraging remarks on my others posts meant a lot. Thanks for reading. Love to you all. M & S
